These Subscription Terms govern purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and billing for paid features within the BAMI mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Examrocket Limited Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms supplement our Terms of Service.
These Subscription Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple.
In short: Apple handles payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Access to paid features depends on an active subscription.
1. Payment Processing
• All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple’s InApp Purchase system.
• Apple acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
• We do not collect, process, or store payment card or billing information.
2. Subscriptions and AutoRenewal
• Paid features may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges are applied to your Apple ID account.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
3. Subscription Management and Cancellation
• You may manage, modify, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will retain access to paid features until the current subscription period expires.
4. Refunds and Billing Disputes
• Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled solely by Apple.
• Refund eligibility and decisions are determined by Apple in accordance with its policies.
• We cannot issue refunds or reverse charges for purchases processed through Apple.
• Except where required by law, partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods.
5. Access to Paid Features
• Access to paid features requires an active and valid subscription.
• Paid features are licensed, not sold, and access continues only during an active subscription period.
• If a subscription lapses, expires, or is canceled, access to paid features may be restricted or removed.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
• We may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
• Trial eligibility may be limited and determined at our discretion.
• You will not be charged during the free trial period.
7. Pricing and Price Changes
• Subscription pricing is displayed within the Service and Apple’s purchase interface.
• Pricing and subscription options may vary by region.
• We may modify subscription pricing at any time.
• Price changes apply at the next renewal period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We may offer introductory or discounted pricing for limited promotional periods.
8. Taxes
• Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
• Apple calculates, collects, and remits taxes where required.
9. Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)
• You may upgrade or downgrade subscription plans where available.
• Plan changes are managed through your Apple account.
• Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle in accordance with Apple’s policies.
• Feature access will adjust based on the active plan.
10. Platform Rules
• Subscription billing and management are subject to Apple’s platform terms and policies.
• In the event of a conflict, Apple’s billing terms control payment processing matters.
11. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through inapp notice.
Continued use of paid features after updates constitutes acceptance.
